Is assembly required?

All bikes will require some assembly. Even though some may come completely put together, you are receiving a vehicle in a crate and some assembly or prep is required to get the vehicle in working order. Most Pit Bikes only require the front wheel, front fender and handlebars to be attached. Everything else is on the motorcycle already. Please contact us for specifics on other vehicles if needed.

Are the bikes ready to run?

No, all these vehicles require prep work to get it ready to run. It can be small as in just attaching the reaming parts or as involved as re-jetting the carburetor. Either way the entire motorcycle should be given a once over making sure everything is tight and adjusted properly. This includes, bolts, spokes, clamps and axles. You are getting a great price on a vehicle because the prep work was not performed on the vehicle. A mechanic should be putting this bike together. We would perform all this at the factory but once its assembled, it cannot be shipped. This is the responsibility of the buyer.

Do I need to change the oil?

Yes, one of the first things you should do is drain the oil already in the vehicle and perform an oil change with some name brand oil. Please follow the owners manual for the amount of oil to use.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday. ATV, Pit bike, Scooter, Go Kart orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 days after processing, and will ship via UPS Freight, or other carrier freight trucks. Please note the carrier will contact you at the phone number you provided to arrange delivery appointment. You must be available for delivery. All other items will ship thru DHL Ground, Fed EX, UPS or USPS Parcel Post after processing, but sometimes can take from 5 to 7 days. We offer overnight, 2nd day or 3rd day delivery for parts and accessories in the "Shopping Cart" drop down menu. If expedited shipping is required, these will be billed separately.

Do you ship international?

The standard shipping cost only applies to the lower 48 US states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico will be dealt with on an individual basis. Please contact us before you make an order.

What are my shipping costs?

The shipping costs are varies by products. Most of our vehicles come with FREE SHIPPING. You can view the shipping rate in your shopping cart.

How secure is your website?

We provide our customers with a 100% secured and encrypted website ensuring our customers that all their information is safe.

How do I return an item?

Customers are allowed to return items as long as they are not used or damaged and are in their original manufacturer packaging. Items can be returned for the complete cost of the item(s) excluding shipping fees and a 25% restocking charge, if applicable. Customers can chose either store credit or a return of funds. All returns must be completed within 15 days of purchase. You must obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by calling 1-800-768-2086 before items can be returned. All items must be returned within 15 days of receiving the RMA number.

What forms of payment can I use to place orders?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, AMEX, money orders, wire transfers, and cashier checks. Please call our office for orders that are to be paid for by money order, cashier check, and wire transfer. Cashier check and money order must be mailed to our corporate headquarters and clear before orders are shipped. Orders cannot be canceled for any reason due to costs associated with the immediate processing of orders.

Is there a minimum dollar amount for ordering?

No minimum order.

Can you ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO?

No, we do not ship to these destinations due to our carriers restrictions. All orders must have a physical address.
