This is the IceBear Maddog 50 Gen IV scooter. PMZ50-21 This scooter is 100% street legal in all 50 states including California. In most states it will not need to be registered since it is 50cc's. This does differ by state so please check with your local DMV. This vehicle has a top speed of 35mph.
