Return / Cancellation
All return item(s) must be in the manufacturer packing, new, unopened, no damage condition. All returns must be completed within 15 days from the date of purchase. You must obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number by contact us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) before items can be returned and qualified for the refund. All items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the RMA number. Item can be returned for the complete cost of the item(s) excluding shipping fees and a 25% restocking charge. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a X-Offroad Motor at email@example.com in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment. Once the item is shipped, the order can not be cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, you will be charged for return shipping and a 25% restocking fees. The shipping costs are Non-Refundable. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.
Customers are responsible for noting damage to the packing on the shipping invoice and immediately checking their order to ensure that there are no damages and the order is correct. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify the shipper and X-Offroad.com immediately upon delivery if there are any damages to the shipping container that might affect the item(s) within. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) that are damaged while being shipped. Please report all orders that are incorrect or damaged immediately.
